![]() ![]() As we got attacked they broke formation and scrambled to fight. Literally like the scene in Guardians of the Galaxy except facing outward of the ship. One time, I had enough fighters set to defend that they formed a 3 dimensional screen in from the the carrier. Only issue is if I tell the carrier to fly anywhere, it tries to recall all the fighters first, so no tactical positioning in fights If you have all of them in a wing under the carrier or destroyer. Then through the personal info menu with your owned ships, select the wing there and give it an order so they undock. Heres my take on them Lets just get one thing out of the way - 4seating was great to deal with. Super cool seeing them all launch together to fight and then docking. In some cases you may not get any events on undock. The Raptor is definitely the best carrier and has this cool tunnel going directly through the ship. There are some issues though: No event on undock. I neglected station building for a long time and regret it.Ĭause you need to amass money to buy a Raptor from the Split factions. The MKII computer will kick-in as soon as the ship gets close to the assigned landing pad and do the whole manoeuvre automatically. If you think that is cool, definitely get into the empire building.
